1 c flour
4 tbsp flax seed meal
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp sugar
1 c soy milk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp oil
First mix all the dry ingredients. Than add all the liquids.
Mix well. I use large fork.
And pan fry.
Next time ill count how many it makes. :-)
