2 cups of cooked lentils
1 tbsp oil
1 onion
3 clv garlic
4 leafs of Kale
2 Tomatoes
1 lg Carrot
2-3 stalks of Celery
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp flour
Saute Onion and garlic over oil add all the rest and cook for about 20 minutes.
